At i-Care Fund America, we take a rigorous approach to ensure that every grant supports trustworthy organizations and impactful projects.
Due Diligence
Before onboarding, i-Care vets nonprofits for:
- Credibility, governance, and financial health
- Compatibility with U.S. public charity standards
- Alignment with i-Care Fund America's mission
Donor Recommendations
Once approved:
- Donors suggest grants to partner organizations
- All recommendations are reviewed and approved by our Board of Directors, who maintain full discretion and control over disbursements
Disbursement and Oversight
For grants in Pakistan, our local partner, the i-Care Foundation, conducts:
- Verification of funds usage
- Detailed progress and impact reporting back to i-Care Fund America
To protect donor funds, we reserve the right to: Withhold or deny any disbursements in cases of suspected misuse of funds, non-compliance, and governance concerns with the recipient organization.
