Since 2007, the International Foundation for Education, Empowerment and Learning (iFeel) has been making a meaningful impact in the fields of education and healthcare, empowering underserved communities across Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
iFeel is a registered non-profit organization under the Islamabad Capital Territory Charities Registration, Regulation and Facilitation Act, recognized by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) as a tax-exempt entity under Section 2(36), and certified by the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP) for its transparency and governance.

Our Next Big Mission: A 100% Free 250-Bedded Tertiary Hospital
We’re building Rawalpindi-Islamabad’s first-ever completely free tertiary hospital to serve those who cannot afford advanced care.
GOAL: To Launch Phase 1 and operationalize the ‘Family Medicine & Mother & Child Healthcare Facility’ by Mid 2026.
