In Pakistan, around 80 million people silently battle mental health issues, yet 90% receive no treatment. With only 500 psychologists and 400 psychiatrists available, issues like anxiety, depression, PTSD, and childhood trauma often go unnoticed, leading to devastating losses and an economic burden exceeding PKR 600 billion.

Join Pakistan’s Mental Health Coalition
With an alarming suicide rate in Gilgit-Baltistan, the need for psychological interventions is urgent. We invite you to be part of a national network committed to improving mental health care across Pakistan by supporting our Counselor Exchange Program. This initiative focuses on building the capacity of mental health practitioners who can provide crucial services to their communities.
Our Goal: To Train 15 Counselors at a cost of $500 per counselor.
This comprehensive program includes training in psychological testing, early childhood development, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychological first aid, field visits, and mental health camps.
