Fatimid Foundation is one of the largest not-for-profit organizations providing voluntary Blood Banking and Hematological Services to Mustahiq Patients who are suffering from Genetic Blood and Bleeding Disorders, mainly Thalassaemia and Haemophilia, for over the last four decades. Fatimid Foundation regularly provides Safe Blood and Blood Products transfusion and lifesaving medicines to these patients on a 100% free-of-cost basis.
Fatimid Foundation is constructing a Haematological Complex in Dera Ismail Khan having covered area of 19,080 sq. ft, aiming to serve thousands of deserving patients in D.I. Khan and nearby areas such as Kark, Banu, Taank, Dera, and North Waziristan. There are approximately 7000+ patients, as per data collected from various hospitals in the southern district of KPK.
The initial estimate of this state-of-the-art Medical Complex was PKR 90 million, but due to the prevailing economic crisis, high inflation, and unprecedented rupee devaluation, the cost of construction has risen to over PKR 120 million. OGDCL CSR department is sponsoring PKR 40 million for this project, while the rest of the funding is required to accomplish this milestone.
Considering the high number of Genetic Blood Disorders in the population of KPK, this project is necessary to provide medical relief to the deserving patients. Therefore, we request you to join hand with us and donate generously for this noble cause.
