The Citizen’s Education Development Foundation (CEDF) is an innovative and bold program with the aim of educating the children of the poorest of the poor living in the “Kachi Abadies” around Karachi.
To reach the under privileged communities for awareness, prevention, early detection and timely treatment of retinal as well as other eye diseases causing blindness.
For the first time in Pakistan permission was obtained from CSS, PPSC for the Blind to appear in their qualifying examination in braille or on computer.
